While we secured financing for everyone, the notary appointment took place immediately. We got an appointment to view the apartment quickly and easily. The agent was very friendly, put us in touch with the previous tenants so we could take over their kitchen, and responded to emails extremely quickly. We contacted her on ImmoScout on August 1st, had a viewing appointment on August 9th, and were able to sign the lease on August 22nd. So everything went very quickly and without complications. We are very satisfied 👍
